Puppy Application Form

The Deposit to reserve a puppy is $500 this can be made through Venmo or personal check, Venmo is made through Corinne’s Account (Black and white profile picture) PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEPOSIT WITH OUT PERSONALLY TALKING TO US!!!
We only take a deposit if we can accommodate your preferences, And we feel you are a good match for one of our Labradoodles

All dogs must be neutered within six months of Purchase date all dogs are sold as Pet only with NO Breeding rights. We must receive a Spay/neuter certificate from a Certified Veterinarian.
